I quit about three months ago and don’t even think about it anymore. But what compelled me to quit smoking were not rising cigarette prices ($7.50/pack in NYC. ouch!) or NYC’s No Smoking in Bars/Restaurants, etc. laws but plain conviction. You just have to want to stop. If you really want to keep on smoking, you’re never gonna stop, even with Birmingham smoke-free zones.
But good luck either way. With the blog, too!
